BVHVAC has always been and will always be our top choice for HVAC maintenance. Sean (field technician - we didn't catch his full name) responded quickly to our issues when we saw our unit was down. Bill Martin provided consultation and estimation with expertise and efficiency. Erik Shuman has always been considerate of our timelines and communication needs. Sean Flanagan and Kereagan Gallant provided fantastic work and customer service on our recent install, ensuring to take care of not only the equipment, but our home as well. Any questions we had were answered and we know any issues we have in the future will be dealt with promptly and completely. We have a lot of trust in BVHVAC.

Im very much appreciative of the services provided. They were able to come out same day and diagnose and repair my AC unit in 105 degree weather! It was at a reasonable price too! I would highly recommend them! And plan on using them in the future!

Called Friday at 8 pm, they followed up around 9:30pm , Joey was at the door at 12:00 on Saturday. I’d say that is excellent service especially for a hot summer night.
Im a 25 plus year customer. The reason I am is they do an outstanding job from beginning to end and in between. Highly recommend. All work was covered under maintenance and warranty.
Joey was the best. Ty for your efficient, amiable service. Going the extra mile in making sure everything was in working order after fixing the issue was gratifying.

We had AC put into our (very old) home recently and had a great experience with Brandywine. Everyone from the initial salesman, the technical lead, and the installation crew were so friendly and courteous and everyone was incredibly knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Reliable service. Getting service contract a good idea to be out in front of potential problems with seasonal tune-up part of the service. This can help identify problems early, which is especially helpful if parts are needed from the manufacturer. The techs are great. Edward got pressure correct on my geothermal system which will help with efficiency. Office staff is helpful, accommodating when I needed to move an appointment.

My neighbor and I send a huge thank-you to Brandywine Valley Heating and Cooling - they took time from doing a job next door to come over with a huge ladder and rescue the neighbor's very- scared cat from way up in a tree. They did it all in good spirits - five stars for the cat rescue service!
